Financial House bets on unique ecosystem for credit, insurance and real estate

Jornal Económico1 September 2026 at 09:53

Casa Financeira launched in the market on September 1st with a proposal that integrates mortgage credit, consumer credit, insurance and real estate mediation in a single ecosystem. The brand aims to accompany clients through different moments of their financial and patrimonial life, building a relationship that does not end with the completion of an operation. Clients can do a financial check-up, understand their real credit capacity, proceed with home financing or review existing conditions, always with specialized support.

The new brand results from Proposta Eloquente, a company founded in 2017 and registered with the Bank of Portugal, which has intermediated more than 300 million euros in credit and has eleven partner financial institutions. Leadership is ensured by Ricardo Costa, Chairman, and Francisco Tavares, CEO, in a team with experience in the areas of credit intermediation, insurance, real estate mediation, franchising, technology and business development.

The model is based on a network of local specialists, a proprietary technological platform and AI Native, and continuous training through Academia Casa Financeira. Artificial intelligence is integrated from the outset in the company's CRM, allowing tasks to be automated, information to be organized and documentation processing to be supported. The goal is to free specialists from administrative burden so they can dedicate more time to understanding each client's needs.

Ricardo Costa states that the ambition is to build a continued relationship with clients, based on specialized knowledge, clear explanations and human support. Francisco Tavares highlights that technology was incorporated to make processes more efficient, allowing specialists to focus on what really creates value: understanding each person, explaining the available options and accompanying each decision.

Portugal Registers Significant Drop in Telecommunications Prices in the EU

Portugal recorded the second largest drop in telecommunications prices among European Union member states in the last 12 months, according to data from the National Communications Authority (ANACOM). The reduction is attributed to increased competition in the sector, driven by the entry of new operators into the market, the improvement of network infrastructures, and the growing offer of integrated service packages. Portuguese consumers have benefited from more affordable prices in internet, telephone, and television services, without compromising quality, which has evolved significantly. Industry analysts anticipate that the downward trend will continue, as companies adapt to an increasingly competitive market, providing better conditions and more options for consumers.
