Puppet Festival Combines Fado and "Odyssey" in Fair

The Puppet Festival takes place in Fair, combining fado and the Odyssey in its program. The organization highlights the presentation of the show "The Fado of Ulysses", by the luso-Argentinian company Rodopio d'Ideias. The festival also includes the debut of Turkish puppeteer Cemal Fatih Polat with the show "Karagöz". The event thus celebrates the combination of different artistic traditions, from Portuguese music to classical Greek narrative and Turkish shadow arts.
