A 37-year-old man was accidentally hit by a gunshot inside a shooting club in Toledo, in Western Paraná. The case occurred last Saturday and the victim remains hospitalized in serious condition in the Intensive Care Unit. The moment of the incident was recorded by a security camera at the club itself.
In the footage, it is possible to see the victim accompanied by two other people handling a weapon and removing the cartridge from a revolver. Then, the victim leaves the weapon resting on a table while looking for something. At that moment, another man picks up the pistol and, while handling the object, accidentally fires in the direction of the victim.
After being hit, the victim kneels on the ground. The shooter immediately makes a phone call, while the third person who appears in the footage quickly leaves the space. The shooting club classified the episode as an "isolated situation."
