Executive Cláudia Danienne, at 55, launched Somos 50+, a hub that connects companies and people to the longevity economy. With executive education at Harvard Business School, MIT, INSEAD, Disney Institute, and FDC, in addition to nearly three decades of experience in People and Management, she decided to turn the longevity revolution into a business opportunity.
According to UN data, one in every six people in the world will be 60 years or older by 2030, and this group is expected to reach 2.1 billion by 2050. The 50+ audience is expected to drive approximately US$ 45 trillion, reflecting the enormous potential of the so-called silver economy.
The longevity revolution is reshaping the workforce, entrepreneurship, consumption, and the ESG agenda of companies. Cláudia states that her trajectory has always been focused on the human element and results, and instead of slowing down in her career, she accelerated in a new direction without abandoning the previous ones.
