The Public Ministry accused a young person of 76 crimes, including child pornography and hate incitement. The accused was a minor at the time of the facts, being between 16 and 17 years old at the time of the crimes.
The young person used various digital platforms to commit the crimes he is accused of. His actions included instigating self-harm in young girls through these online platforms.
In addition to incitement to violence and self-harm, the accused is also accused of possession of child pornography material. The Public Ministry presented the formal accusation against the young person.
The case now proceeds to trial after the accusation was filed by the Public Ministry against the young accused.
