The Public Prosecutor's Office accused a young person, who at the time of the facts was a minor, of 76 crimes of child pornography and incitement to hatred and violence. The accusation was announced by the Regional Attorney General's Office of Porto through its official page on the Internet.
The defendant is currently in preventive detention, awaiting trial. The crimes allegedly occurred between 2024 and 2025, when the suspect was 16 and 17 years old.
According to the accusation, the young person dedicated himself to activities of incitement to hatred and violence. The prosecutor's office revealed that the Public Prosecutor's Office filed this accusation against the young person, who was committed for trial for the aforementioned crimes.
