The Prosecutor's Office of Valladolid filed a complaint against the far-right activist Alberto Pugilato, whose real name is Alberto González de Juan, for inciting harassment through his social media profiles. The activist is known for his involvement in far-right movements.
The complaint states that Pugilato incited his followers to practice harassment against media figures associated with the left. Among the targeted victims are comedian Héctor de Miguel, known as Quequé, and journalist Sarah Santaolalla, both targets of harassment campaigns on social media.
The Public Prosecutor's Office considers that Pugilato's publications constitute a crime of incitement to harassment, by mobilizing his supporters to systematically attack these personalities through offensive messages and threats on digital channels.
