Seia celebrates World Day of the Serra da Estrela Dog with gathering at the Municipal Park

The Municipality of Seia joins the celebrations of the World Day of the Serra da Estrela Dog with a meeting scheduled for September 5th, between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM, at the Municipal Park of Seia. The event is promoted by the League of Breeders and Friends of the Serra da Estrela Dog, known by the acronym LICRASE, in partnership with the Portuguese Association. The meeting aims to bring together breeders, enthusiasts, and those interested in this Portuguese canine breed, celebrating the importance of the Serra da Estrela Dog both as a genetic heritage and as a symbol of the Serra da Estrela region. The event will take place during the morning at the Municipal Park of Seia, providing a moment of gathering and appreciation of this traditional Portuguese breed.
