Luís Neves, minister of Internal Administration, promises to make statements about the controversies he is involved in next Tuesday. The official committed to clarifying the pending matters during that session.

This communication happens on the same day that the Chega party would supposedly have plans to advance with a motion of censure against the minister. The coincidence of dates places additional pressure on Luís Neves.

The minister faces various controversies that have been accumulating and that have prompted requests for clarification from the opposition. The accountability session is scheduled for next week.

The Chega motion of censure comes as part of the opposition's strategy to pressure the government about the conduct of the minister of Internal Administration.
