Tom Jobim International Airport, in Rio de Janeiro, will receive a new international brand hotel. The development will be built on the Galeão area and is classified in the "midscale" category, which refers to mid-range hotels with good infrastructure and quality services at affordable prices.
The hotel will initially have 232 rooms, as well as a restaurant, meeting rooms, a spa, and a fitness center. The project also includes the possibility of future expansion. Some rooms will offer views of the aircraft apron and of Rio's tourist attractions, such as the Church of Penha and Dedo de Deus, in Teresópolis.
The hotel brand responsible for the development is still in the final stages of being determined. The article is exclusive for subscribers.
