The initiative is promoted by the local council of Ponte de Lima and aims to highlight the importance of health, well-being, and adopting healthier lifestyles.

The event aims to provide the public with a space dedicated to information, awareness, and promotion of quality of life.

Entry to the Health and Wellness Expo is free.
