A 72-year-old man was detained by the Judicial Police, through the North Directorate, on suspicion of sexual abuse. The individual was caught performing sexual acts with an 80-year-old woman.
The facts allegedly occurred at a nursing home, where both of those involved resided. The woman, aged 80, was in a situation of vulnerability.
The Judicial Police took the lead in the investigation and carried out the arrest. The case is now under judicial investigation.
