Mozambique is strengthening oversight mechanisms in the health sector, an initiative aimed at enhancing supervision of activities in this area.
The Administrative Court plays a central role in this strategy, highlighting the importance of preventive oversight as a fundamental approach.
According to the institution's president, Ana Maria Gemo Bié, the Court values "the preventive dimension of oversight, seeking to act in advance regarding risks" identified in the sector.
This approach aims to anticipate potential problems and risks in the health area, rather than merely acting after irregularities have occurred.
