The President of Cabo Verde, José Maria Neves, warned that the construction of peace and reconciliation in Africa requires patient and long-term work. His statements were made on a Sunday, during a speech where he addressed the challenges of the African continent.
According to José Maria Neves, this work must be based on fundamental pillars such as good governance and the existence of capable states. The Cabo Verdean President emphasized that visionary leadership and strategists are equally necessary, capable of managing conflicts and creating dynamics of inclusive growth in African societies.
