SANTIAGO DO CACÉM MUNICIPALITY APPEALS FOR MODERATE WATER CONSUMPTION AFTER PIPE RUPTURE

A rupture in the adductor pipe of the company Águas do Alentejo, in Vale Rainha, in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém, is causing problems in the water supply to the areas served by the Romeirinhas reservoir. The Municipal Council of Santiago do Cacém issued an appeal to the population to make moderate water consumption while the situation is not resolved. The company Águas do Alentejo is responsible for managing the supply system in the Alentejo region.
