The Executive Council of the Chinese semi-autonomous region concluded the management rules for the Government Guidance Fund, created at the end of February, which aims to encourage local employment and the development of qualified personnel. The Executive Council spokesperson, Wong Sio Chak, emphasized that the fund will invest in companies that contribute to Macau's development. The manager of the Macau Investment and Management Company (MIMC) stated that there will be mechanisms for mandatory withdrawal of public investment in cases of contractual non-compliance or corruption.
