The town councils are trying to shield the region against the heavy rains that historically affect this area during the autumn season. These preventive measures include thorough cleaning of watercourses and drainage infrastructure to ensure that water can circulate properly in case of intense precipitation.

Some municipalities are also calling on the competent administrations to intervene more quickly, emphasizing the need for coordinated action to face the risks associated with the torrential storms characteristic of this Mediterranean region.
