The members of these security forces admit to returning to the streets to protest, after having already held previous demonstrations that did not achieve the expected results. This possibility of new mobilization arises as an ultimatum for the executive to take concrete measures regarding the pending demands.
Among the main complaints are issues such as salary appreciation, working conditions, service schedules, and the lack of personnel in the corps. The unions point to a growing wear and tear on the profession and warn about the consequences that this situation may have on the motivation of professionals and the quality of service provided to citizens.
