The PSD leader and prime minister, Luís Montenegro, today lamented the disruptions that digital grading introduced in the national exams process, but defended that "it was the correct path." Montenegro closed the 22nd edition of the PSD's Summer University, a training initiative for young cadres that has been taking place since Monday in Castelo de Vide, in the Portalegre district.
In his speech, which was attended by the secretary-general and parliamentary leader of the party, the prime minister thanked the dedication of the entire school community during the implementation process of digital grading of national exams.
This edition of the PSD's Summer University brought together young party cadres for several days in Castelo de Vide, where political training activities and debate took place. Montenegro took the opportunity to acknowledge the difficulties experienced by students and teachers, but maintained the position that the transition to the digital system was necessary.
