The affected families accuse the company of defrauding them out of thousands of euros. The scheme involved promising to build houses, but the homes were never actually constructed, leaving clients without their invested money and without the promised dwellings.
According to the investigation, the company used an innovative and unconventional construction method, using styrofoam blocks (expanded polystyrene) covered with concrete for the construction of houses. This technique, which was supposed to represent a more economical and faster alternative, was never completed.
The company's managing partner categorically rejects all accusations and denies any fraudulent intent. The case continues through the courts, with the defrauded families attempting to recover their invested money.
