The Estação das Artes in Mirandela hosted the second edition of TENAZ – Mirandela na Ponta dos Dedos, a festival dedicated to Trás-os-Montes gastronomy that sought to combine author cuisine, wines, culture and local products in a complete experience.
Four chefs were the protagonists of the event, reinterpretating flavors and ingredients characteristic of the Trás-os-Montes territory. The initiative's main objective was to enhance Mirandela's gastronomic identity and bring these flavors closer to new audiences.
The festival positioned regional gastronomy at the center of a proposal that combined culinary art, local culture and traditional products, reinforcing Mirandela as a destination for those seeking differentiating gastronomic experiences.
