Mafra | Vehicle Accident in Vale de São Gião Results in One Fatality

A vehicle accident resulted in one fatality during the early hours of yesterday on the main avenue of Vale de São Gião, in the parish of Milharado, in the municipality of Mafra. The alert for the accident was received at 03:20.

The driver lost control of the vehicle, which left the road on the public highway. The accident resulted in the death of one person, one seriously injured person, and two lightly injured people, who were assisted by the emergency services deployed to the scene.

The rescue operation mobilized 16 personnel supported by five vehicles, which ensured the rescue actions for the victims, area stabilization, and necessary support following the incident.

Na última madrugada, o condutor de um veículo ligeiro perdeu o controlo da viatura e despistou‑se na Avenida Principal de Vale de São Gião, freguesia de Milharado, no concelho de Mafra. O alerta para o acidente foi registado pelas 03h20.

Do acidente resultou uma vítima mortal, um ferido grave e dois feridos ligeiros, que foram assistidos pelos meios de emergência mobilizados para o local.

A operação mobilizou 16 operacionais, apoiados por cinco veículos, garantindo as ações de socorro, estabilização da área e apoio às vítimas.
