Luís Afonso Gaspar Campino died at the age of 24, after recently being diagnosed with a cancerous disease. His death has brought mourning to the world of bullfighting in Portugal.
Luís Campino was a bullfighter for the Amadores do Cartaxo, one of the main schools of bullfighting on foot in the region. He was also part of the family embolization team, thus following the tradition left by his grandfather.
The news of his death generated great emotion among the bullfighting community and on social media, where several messages of condolence were shared for the premature loss of the 24-year-old.
