Days after a Russian attack on a military warehouse on the outskirts of Kyiv, munitions continue to detonate at the site. The situation keeps residents in the surrounding area on alert, as they can still hear periodic explosions coming from the affected warehouse.
Residents of the village of Myla report having seen a huge explosion followed by a fire that spread to several buildings. The attack caused significant damage to local infrastructure and forced many families to abandon their homes in the vicinity.
Ukrainian authorities are still assessing the full extent of the damage caused by the attack. Response and control operations are underway as the region attempts to recover from the military assault.
