Gondomil promotes the traditional Sabores do Anho Gastronomic Festival

The parish of Gondomil, located in the municipality of Valença, is promoting this weekend the Sabores do Anho Gastronomic Festival. The event is an initiative by the parish itself that aims to celebrate the culinary tradition of the region.

The main dish of the festival is the traditional Anho com Arroz Pingado, considered one of the most characteristic and representative dishes of local gastronomy. This culinary specialty is part of the gastronomic heritage of the Gondomil region.
