Rice conquers Moncofa: 18 establishments join a ten-year anniversary event

The city of Moncofa is holding the tenth edition of the Gastronomic Days of Rice and Paella. The Moncofa Town Hall is the organizer of this event that has become one of the main gastronomic proposals in the local calendar. Eighteen establishments are participating in these days, which run until September 13. Neighbors, visitors and tourists can discover a vast selection of traditional recipes and more innovative proposals around rice, one of the most representative products of Valencian gastronomy.
