Fafe receives traveling exhibition about Camilo Castelo Branco

The traveling exhibition "Open Book – Camilo: Writer's Routes" will be inaugurated in Fafe on September 4th, at 6:30 PM, in front of the House of Culture. The initiative aims to showcase the life and work of Camilo Castelo Branco.

The exhibition travels through different places associated with the writer's life, allowing visitors to learn more about his trajectory. Camilo Castelo Branco is an important figure in Portuguese literature.

The initiative arrives in Fafe as part of a circuit that aims to bring the writer's work to different towns. The population of Fafe will thus have the opportunity to learn more about this Portuguese author.

Today there is a fire cascade on the Eiffel bridge

The Serenata da Romaria d'Agonia, a traditional pyrotechnic event in Viana do Castelo, takes place this Saturday after being postponed due to weather conditions. The show features more than 700 thousand pyrotechnic effects distributed across more than 25 launch positions along the Lima river and the iconic Eiffel bridge, where a monumental fire cascade along its entire length will be presented, accompanied by new multimedia elements. The operation involves more than 50 professionals and, due to the postponement, all the structure had to be dismantled and prepared again for the event.
