TST recognizes that Common Courts should adjudicate dispute between app driver and platform

The 1st Chamber of the Superior Labor Court recognized, in a unanimous decision, that Common Courts are competent to adjudicate a dispute between an app driver and the platform for which he worked. The ruling took place this Wednesday.
