Volodymyr Zelensky's right-hand man believes in a return to negotiations with Russia in September. This is a hope expressed by a high-ranking collaborator of the Ukrainian president.

The president of Ukraine indicated that Kyiv and its partners have defined three fundamental points for the negotiations. These points were established together with Ukraine's Western allies.

The possibility of resuming talks emerges in a context of prolonged conflict between Ukraine and Russia, which has already lasted more than two years.
