The Santarém City Council has launched a public tender for the rehabilitation of 13 municipal housing units located in the city. The planned investment is 582 thousand euros, destined to improve the living conditions and energy efficiency of the properties.
According to a note sent to the Lusitanian News Agency (Lusa) by the municipality, the project includes modernization works of the housing units, focused on the recovery of the properties and the improvement of their characteristics.
This intervention comes within a broader effort by the municipality to enhance the municipal housing stock, contributing to better living conditions for residents and to the energy sustainability of the buildings.
