CINFÃES: Municipality publishes provisional lists for the allocation of 40 housing units in the supported rental scheme

The Municipality of Cinfães published the provisional ranking lists of admitted applications and their respective classification, within the scope of a competition for the allocation of 40 housing units in the supported rental scheme. The housing units are located in the Housing Complex of the São Sebastião Neighborhood.

A list of applications considered ineligible for this supported rental program was also published.

According to the municipality, the process aims to allow access to decent housing for residents of the municipality who meet the established requirements.

Matosinhos requests 40 million euro loan to build 500 affordable rental homes

The Municipality of Matosinhos will request a 40 million euro loan to build 500 affordable rental homes, including a development exclusively for young people up to 35 years old.
