In Tavira, in the historic centre of the city, three houses have been rehabilitated by the office of architect Manuel Aires Mateus. The dwellings have been transformed into accommodation units that combine contemporary architecture with design elements, local craftsmanship and folk art.
The project celebrates design, craftsmanship and folk art, creating spaces that value local culture. The houses feature various amenities, including a patio, panoramic terrace and private pool, offering guests a differentiated experience.
The space also houses a significant collection of "birkins", which are part of the furnishings of the dwellings. The service offered is personalised, also including the possibility of pet sitting for travellers who wish to be accompanied by their pets.
