The Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (SESARAM) hosted the fifth edition of the 'European Trauma Course' between September 10 and 12. This training aims to update doctors' knowledge in the initial care of severely polytraumatized patients. The course is a reference in the area of traumatology and brings together health professionals to deepen essential skills in the treatment of victims of complex traumas. The edition held in Madeira featured the participation of doctors who had the opportunity to update their clinical practices in the initial reception of patients in critical condition.
