The Portuguese-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILB) will hold on September 17 in Lisbon the 7th edition of "Chamber Conversations", dedicated to the theme "Trends and Perspectives of the Portuguese Real Estate Market". The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM, at CBRE's premises, in the Amoreiras Square Building, and will be followed by a networking cocktail. Participation is free, but subject to prior registration and availability is limited.
The session will be led by Miguel Moraes Palmeiro, coordinator of the CCILB's Real Estate and Urban Committee, with a presentation by CBRE. The focus will be on the evolution of the real estate market in Portugal, including price trends, investment opportunities and segments with growth potential. The initiative is especially aimed at investors and professionals linked to the commercial real estate market.
Presided over by Otacílio Soares and founded in 1948, the CCILB maintains as its central axis the creation of business networks between Portugal and Brazil. Chamber Conversations are part of this strategy of bringing together companies and specialists around sectors with impact on investment. Data from the institution indicates a 12.5% increase in Portuguese merchandise exports to Brazil between January and May 2026, to nearly 460 million euros.
The event has the support of various bilateral chambers of commerce in Portugal, including the Portuguese-Colombian, Portuguese-South African, Portugal-China, Portugal-Netherlands and Italian Chambers for Portugal, extending the international dimension of the initiative. The Chamber Conversations format combines specialized content with the creation of business contacts among participants.
