Major-General Isidro Morais Pereira, military analyst, commented on the geopolitical situation related to the Russian Federation, arguing that Vladimir Putin "never does what he says and never says what he thinks."
The analyst referred to the rhetoric used by the Russian President, suggesting that there is a disconnect between public statements and Putin's true intentions.
Morais Pereira recalled that the aerial superiority of the European member countries of the Atlantic Alliance over the Russian Federation is "overwhelming," highlighting the technological and military advantage of the Western allies.
The Major-General also ruled out threats of destruction of European capitals, specifically referring to Warsaw, considering them unlikely in the short term.
