The canoeing team of Amigos da Montanha from Barcelos was represented by 16 athletes at a LifeSaving stage held on Sunday, September 13th, in Figueira da Foz.
Miguel Novais was the highlight of the team by securing an individual podium, finishing in second place in the final of the Master B Male 510 category.
The participation of the Barcelos team in the competition demonstrated the strength of the club in the LifeSaving modality, with several athletes in competition. This individual result represents a significant achievement for Miguel Novais and for the team in general.
