Lisbon is going through a new phase in the real estate market, characterized by greater maturity and higher demands for buyers and investors. This conclusion is reinforced by the latest data from Engel & Völkers' Market Report, which analyzes the evolution of the sector in the Portuguese capital.
According to the report, Lisbon's attractiveness in the real estate market remains intact, despite the adjustment period recorded in 2023. The market recovered quickly from this slowdown, demonstrating resilience and the ability to adapt to new sector conditions.
The numbers reveal a positive recovery trend, with approximately 8,300 transactions completed in 2024. Projections indicate a continuation of this upward trajectory in the following year, with approximately 8,450 transactions expected, approaching the highest values ever recorded in the Lisbon market once again.
