ECO promotes this Wednesday a conference on the future of work, where topics such as the impact of Artificial Intelligence on employment and the relationship between citizens, businesses and the State will be debated. The event counts with the participation of the Minister for the Deputy Prime Minister and State Reform, Gonçalo Saraiva Matias, and will take place at ECO's studio with free entry.
The event brings together specialists and decision-makers to reflect on the practical application of AI in the labor market and its potential to improve the experience and relationship between citizens, businesses and institutions. The organization highlights that, at a time when technology assumes an increasingly relevant role in daily life, the way people use, design and oversee these tools requires attention.
The opening will be led by António Costa, director of ECO, and Pedro Gomes, CEO of TP Portugal. Gonçalo Saraiva Matias will then take the floor for a dedicated session. This is followed by a roundtable with Carlos Carvalho, CEO of Adyta and president of ANJE, Pedro Gomes, and Pedro Henriques, human resources director at Siemens Portugal, moderated by Isabel Patrício, editor of Trabalho by ECO.
The program starts at 10:00 with the institutional opening, at 10:15 the minister's session takes place and at 10:30 the roundtable on AI serving people is held. At 11:15 a network coffee-break is scheduled. Those interested can reserve a place for free through a link to Eventbrite.
