Music and history crossed paths in Vila Nova de Milfontes on Saturday, September 12, with a unique concert held at Forte de São Clemente. The event brought the sound of the Mexican marimba to the Portuguese public through the Mario Nandayapa Quartet.
The concert filled the historic space of the fort with rhythm, creating a fusion between Mexican musical tradition and Portuguese architectural heritage. The quartet managed to fill the fort's atmosphere with the characteristic energy of the marimba, a traditional instrument from Mexico.
