Rio de Janeiro is hosting the Planos pro Futuro meeting, a free event that seeks to bring young people closer to new references and paths for education and professional future. The organizers expect to receive about 15 thousand students at Cidade das Artes, in the Southwest Zone of the city, by this Wednesday, October 16, the last day of the event.
The meeting features 200 panels distributed across nine simultaneous stages, where experiences and possibilities in various careers will be discussed. Market professionals, specialists and university professors will be present to guide students about the various professions. Dani Flomin, one of the event's creators, says these will be lectures with great references from the market and academics.
Universities from Rio de Janeiro will also be present at the meeting, presenting courses and scholarship possibilities in various areas. In addition, there will be practical activities, workshops and conversations with mentors and professionals, allowing young people a more immersive and targeted experience.
