The Forum Algarve shopping centre, located in Faro, was sold for 130 million euros. The operation involved the transfer of ownership of this commercial real estate asset.
The seller was the German asset manager Commerz Real, which divested its position in the Algarve shopping centre. The buyer is the Spanish company Alfana Investment Management.
The transaction was advised by law firm Cuatrecasas, which provided legal support in completing the sale. The value of the operation stands at 130 million euros.
