UEFA announced that Munich and Barcelona will host the Champions League finals in 2028 and 2029, respectively. This decision assigns two of the biggest sporting events in European football to stadiums of great prestige.
The governing body of European football also revealed the chosen stadiums for finals of other competitions. Among them are the Europa League, the Conference League, the Super Cup, and the Women's Champions.
These choices are part of UEFA's event allocation calendar for the coming years, which aims to distribute the main sporting encounters across different European cities.
