The voting for the Participatory Youth Budget of Oliveira do Hospital began yesterday, running until October 3. This citizen participation tool allows young people in the municipality to present and vote on projects they consider priorities for the region.
Eighty young people are participating this year in the Participatory Youth Budget, a number that represents a significant increase compared to the previous edition. The participants have the opportunity to get directly involved in decisions regarding the allocation of public funds.
Eight proposals are competing, covering various areas of interest for the young community. The projects include initiatives in sports, culture, environment, and social inclusion, reflecting the priorities identified by the participants.
