More than four thousand people remain missing in Nepal after floods in the country, according to the latest count by the National Authority for Disaster Risk Management and Reduction. Among the missing are two Portuguese citizens.
The number of bodies and remains recovered so far stands at 1,399, according to the same report from the Nepali authority responsible for disaster management.
The situation remains critical in the Asian country, where search and rescue operations continue to try to locate the thousands of people still missing following these floods.
