The messages were recorded in the weeks preceding the banker's first arrest and the liquidation of Banco Master. In the listed dialogues, Vorcaro sought advice and support from Moraes to try to reverse the two hostile measures against him and his financial institution.
The investigations indicate that the banker contacted authorities from the Three Branches of the Republic to try to circumvent the situation. The report details only the messages sent by Vorcaro to a contact saved in his phone as "Alexandre," without specifying whether there are reply messages from the minister.
