The number 4 will renew his contract with Flamengo by next week, securing another season at the club. The rubronegro board also presented the player with a project for the period after his retirement as a player.
Behind the scenes, Danilo already has defined plans for when he hangs up his boots. Starting in 2028, he will take on a position similar to that of a football manager at Flamengo, working with an eye on the professional team and the club's youth academy.
