The Lutando com Energia/Marinha/Emgepron Project carried out an exchange with the Brazilian Olympic Boxing Team between August 30 and September 4. The training camp featured four sparring sessions and was used as final preparation for two distinct international competitions.
The program served as final preparation for the national team for the South American Games and the Navy's military team for the 2027 World Military Games. The training was organized as a competitive modeling exercise, a method that aims to reproduce situations found in real competition during training.
Among the athletes who participated in the preparation period are Yuri Falcão, Wanderley Pereira, Isaías Ribeiro, Luiz Gabriel, and Beatriz Ferreira, athletes from the Brazilian Navy's Lutando com Energia Project who are also part of the Brazilian Boxing National Team structure through CBBoxe.
The presence of athletes who are part of both the naval team and the national team made it possible to conduct sparring sessions at an international-level competition standard. In addition to the main names, the Navy's project also had nine other athletes in the exchange.
