Benfica announced the renewal of its sponsorship contract with the German sports brand Adidas. The agreement, which comes into force shortly, represents a financial return of 120 million euros for the Portuguese club.
The new contract runs until 2033, extending a partnership that already existed between the two entities. This is considered one of the biggest sponsorship deals in Portuguese football.
In addition to the significant amount, the agreement includes a novelty: Adidas will now give its name to Benfica's training center, located in Seixal. This is the first time a commercial brand has associated its name with the club's training facilities.
With this renewal, Benfica ensures long-term financial stability through one of its main commercial partners, while Adidas strengthens its presence in Portuguese football.
