Productive innovation support under PT2030 has been suspended following the update of the Annual Calls Plan. This suspension affects COMPETE programme funding, which is conditional upon the approval of a specific methodology.
The methodology in question, proposed by the Managing Authorities of the ITD Network, concerns overbooking and the allocation of PT2020 reimbursements. Without this approval, the calls for productive innovation support cannot proceed.
The launch of these support measures now depends on the decision of the CIC (Investment Committee or equivalent body), which must validate the proposed methodology before any new call can be published.
