The Federal Police requested six months ago that Minister André Mendonça, of the Supreme Federal Court, authorize the Council for Financial Activities (CoAF) to fully share a financial intelligence report.
The report contained information about payments made by Daniel Vorcaro's ecosystem to an authority with privileged jurisdiction, whose name was not identified by the financial control agency.
The PF specifically requested the sharing of complete financial information related to this unidentified authority.
The request was made to the STF because it involves an authority with special privilege, which requires judicial authorization for sharing confidential fiscal and financial data.
